What is 'Green Screen'?
Green Screen is used by Hollywood, and many film makers. Also known as a digital backdrop we are able to change that background from green or grey to one of many, many choices!

How can I order for my child after school picture day?
You should have received an insert with online ordering information. If not, Contact us! We'll need your child's legal name, and school name. From there, we'll email you a link and password to order online. Phone orders are not longer available.
Do you offer online ordering?
You bet! Both before and after a sport or school shoot!
What sports do you photograph?
We photograph all sports. We are still in a democracy though, so we don't always get the bid on a league. If you like our work, and want us to photograph your child's league, the best thing you can do is contact their board of directors before the season starts and tell them, 'We want RP-Studio!' If you have trouble finding contact info, contact us, and we'll try to point you in the right direction.
What is a digital download?
Digital downloads are used instead of CD/DVDs. Some people don't have CD readers on their computers, or just prefer another medium. Your 'download certificate' will be delivered with the other prints and trinkets. (Don't worry if all you ordered is the download, you'll still get the certificate) It will have all the information needed to download your image(s)! Don't forget to backup your download right away!
Can I see my child's picture before I purchase?
Yes. It is possible. Once we photograph a school, if you did not order, you will receive a 'proof' (A copy of the image we took of your child.) The proof will have instructions on how to log in online to order. Keep in mind, by doing this you may miss your opportunity to order off our flyer. And prices after photo day are higher.
I'm not happy with my child's picture, may I do a retake?
You bet! We want you to be happy. Re-takes are done for things like 'bad hair days', our mistake, or sleepy eyes. You must return you complete packet for us to do a re-take! Even if it's just the proof. The packet is what your child needs to get out of class to get a re-take. If you lose your proof, please send a note with your child. If you lose your purchased packet, we cannot re-take the image. Sorry, like any business if you want to return something for exchange or refund, you must return the original item. Packet return request must be within 10 days of delivery.
Why didn't you 'make' my child smile?
Children, like adults, all have good and bad days. We always ask for a smile. Or try to get the child to smile, with a compliment or joke. We don't 'make' anyone smile. If your child didn't smile the first time, you can get a re-take, but we don't encourage that. Why? A photograph is a picture in time. That day, that moment, was how your child was feeling that day. School pictures are a history of your child's growth. Would you rather look back years from now at 'perfect' smiles, or maybe a few smiles, a few frowns and anything in between? Nobody is perfect, why should our children be any different?
I'm on a budget, can I get a discount?
How about FREE? We almost always need volunteers for photo day. If you can spare on average 4 hours, we'll give you a certificate for $50 towards school pictures. Contact your school or PTO to sign up at least 1 week before photo day. Or email us! Sorry, we don't need volunteers for make up days.
Why didn't I receive my child's class picture?
Class pictures, or composites as they are known, are processed after make up day. It is a long process. First, we get the images together in a composite proof, next we send that proof to the school for the teachers to review and make changes if necessary. Then they get sent back to us. (This can take weeks) Once we get them back, we order your composite to be delivered to your school, and ultimately, you! We try to get composites in you hands before the Winter break, but are not always successful. If you don't receive your class composite by January 31, please email us.
Why does it cost more to order if I wait?
Supply and demand. School pictures are ordered in bulk. (The entire school) If you wait to order individually, it cost more to produce. That's why we encourage parents to 'pre-order.' It saves you money! And if you're not happy, you may be able to do a retake, or in worse case scenario, you may return your packet for a refund.
I did a retake, but am still not happy. Can I get a refund?
Yes. You'll need to contact us first via email. We'll give you the address to send the entire packet back to be refunded. Refund request must be requested within 10 days of delivery of your images. Sorry, digital downloads are NOT refundable once downloaded. (If you don't like what you see, don't download)
